Quirks Property Maintenance is a building & refurbishment company based in Flintshire, covering North Wales, Chesire, Flintshire, Denbighshire, Wrexham and surrounding areas. Our team can help you plan, design and liaise with the Council. Once all the plans & paper work has been completed, we can then construct your new extension. Michael has an excellent relationship with the council and will aid on guiding you through the process. I hired Quirks in 2021, for a full home renovation which had a lot of moving parts. Michael Quirks is methodical, organised and knows what he's doing. He is easy to work with and has an excellent team who are all friendly, diligent and hard working. The team always went the extra mile to get the job done to the high standard I asked of them. Quirks Property Maintenance recently replaced the ancient soffits at the front of our house. A quote was provided free of charge and Mike came to look at the problem in person. A date for the work became available while we were away on holiday and we agreed the work could go ahead in our absence. On our return we found the work had been very neatly done and all evidence that Mike and his team had been there had been cleared away. The communication with Mike right the way through our little project was excellent and the job was delivered to the price that had been quoted. We're very happy clients

Michael and team completed a garage conversion for me. Michael responded promptly and was extremely professional throughout. Left everywhere tidy at the end of each day, very friendly, always arrived on time, there wasn’t a day or occasion the team were late. The work was done to a fantastic standard and I was constantly kept up to date with what was happening and when. I would not hesitate in asking Michael and team to do any work for me in the future.
