Updating the control panel, detectors and bell boxes, reusing the existing cables is a 'cost-effective' alternative to installing a completely new system.

We can install additional PIR movement sensors and door contacts to this system at a cost of 79 each. New wireless domestic alarm system installed last week. The process went well, with plenty of discussion throughout survey and installation. The system seems well made, and operationally it is 'space age' compared with our previous 25 year old system. Used the same company in 2013 and very pleased with the same high standard of equipment and service.

Had our alarm fitted two years ago and had problems with the alarm box outside going off. Unable to get hold of the original company, disappeared off the face of the earth. Called City Alarms and visited by Chris, great guy very professional. He had to totally reprogram the system and get it running as it should have originally and never had. Really pleased with finding a company that knows what they are doing, professional and quality service.

Had alarm old alarm removed and a slimline system fitted a few years ago by Ben 2 years ago had a update on the same system again by Ben and soon to have a camera fitted that ties in with the alarm systems App always ahead on the new up to date system l will highly recommend this company and they’re very competitive on pricing

Domestic security alarm installed by an electrician 5 years ago started to alarm for no obvious reason. No service contract so called in City Alarms. Found a faulty contact and fixed it. Also found that the electrician's connections did not allow testing they were changed then checked out the whole system. I was very pleased with the outcome. Very professional, smart and personable engineer. Very satisfied. Will definitely use again for servicing next year.
