Very disappointed with their services.
Measurement has been taken, never heard they back about the quotation. Rang and visited them so many times to find out what its going on, and always been told people not in the office, will get back to me asap.
We Gave up to keep chasing them eventually, went for another company instead.
People who is thinking to use them services, please have a second company to back up just in case they never get back to you. GOOD LUCK.

Really fantastic service and products! They were really accommodating when taking measurements and advising what might work nicely in different rooms, and have a huge range of samples to browse through. Then, even once one of the cords broke (not their fault, I should add -- just a weakness in the chain as it was shipped), they were out within 10 minutes to fix it. Would thoroughly recommend!

Would highly recommend Liam and the team, we popped into the shop to look for blinds and had a specific colour in mind, Liam helped us find the colour and was happy for us to take the sample away to match up with our kitchen units. Liam came out to measure a couple of days later and we had the quote that afternoon. We are now the proud owners of motored roller blinds that link to our Alexa for hands free use.

I've been reluctant to leave a review for Blind Trader because after my recent experience I can't say I would recommend them to anyone. We ordered a set of blinds for every window in our new build home and had them promptly installed after we moved in, but that is where the positive aspect of our experience ends. Immediately we noticed the fitter had damaged the surrounds of all the windows by scraping the blinds across the plaster of our new walls.
