Having worked with Northolt for 15 years plus we always get a professional and competent installation. Which as architects is important when recommending them to our Clients. We have used them for large commercial schemes as well as complicated multi flat conversions. Even to rectify incorrect installations by others. A look at our website features a number of projects where Northolt installed cladding and windows. Have a look. Foundation Architecture.

Unhelpful, unprofessional and most seriously set our project back 4 weeks when they backed out for no reason other than too complicated.

You asked to return our deposit without giving detail aside from "various" and refused to provide details or to take repeated calls. It took this google review to get any real response, which is unprofessional & rude.
Secondly, the 1 area which was not yet filled in was one side of the patio door. the other side was flat. considering both side were clearly marked on

Would avoid like the plague.
Northolt installed faulty sliding doors from Panoramah and 6 weeks later we are still waiting to find out how they will sort out the issue.
We spent over £50,000 on the doors and now find ourselves completely in limbo: we can't finish the building project because of the issue and we have had NO INFORMATION about how or when it will be rectified.
We've reached the stage where we have had to take legal advice about our rights because they aren't doing anything about it. Building projects are hard work at the best of times but we're now completely stuck.
