We have been providing building and maintenance services under the name of A.M Property Maintenance to both domestic and commercial customers in the South East of England for 10 years. The lead builder is Steven Boyd with 20 years of building experience covering knowledge of all trades. We offer a full range of services, ranging from small local projects and minor repairs, to major national work (conversions, extensions, restorations and development). We are very flexible and will make ourselves available to help you out when your in need without adding on costly unreasonable charges often found with emergency call outs.

Services
A.M Property Maintenance attended our Bungalow to replace all of our Guttering down pipes and soffits, we are over the moon with the results and they also renewed our porch with UPVC which looks fantastic, and will be easily maintained. The work was done quickly and efficiently and all rubbish was cleared at the end of the works.
