Having contacted a well known electrical retailer and being told delivery would be 10 days! We were recommended to contact Van Haaren. Simon took our call and was informative and so incredibly helpful. The customer service we received was beyond exceptional. The item was in stock and was delivered to us the same day. It was installed by Billy who gave us some tips as to how to take care of our machine so it may last longer. In future if I, or any friends or family need any appliances then Van Haagen will be our first and only port of call. Our thanks to all those involved.

I have been able to get the gas or electrical appliance I have been looking for ,at reasonable prices, with helpful advice and they deliver to Harlow with no delivery charge, it's worth going to Walthamstow, than go to Curry's.

The best service I have had from a business in a long time. Polite, friendly, helpful, and fast. Couldn't ask for better. Cooker bought on line, delivered to 3rd floor, old cooker removed, new cooker fitted all cleaned, tested and off site within 2 hours. And all on a Saturday. All Covid distancing adhered to. Wish more were like them.
