Excellent service , me and my wife are blown away with the service Dean provided, not only a true professional but a generally nice chap, who worked tirelessly to ensure our replacement boiler was fitted as soon as possible. After our boiler packed up we’d already had one quote well over £3000 from a different company Which told us not only did we have to replace the boiler but move it as well, so we rang Dean who came the next day to have a look , talked through all our options and what would be best for our heating needs which didn’t involve having to move the boiler. Dean and his mate Ian have just finished installing a new bathroom suite and shower. They have done a first class job with quality workmanship. They provide an excellent professional service. Told us we didn’t need an additional new radiator which we were expecting to purchase.
He gave us advice, reset our boiler and control panel. No Charge. Amazing...,,
So, we would gladly recommend him but we also now have him in our phone and will call on him for service of the boiler or any other plumbing work required.
Highly recommend this friendly professional tradesman that knows his trade.

Needed a new boiler so did some research and found out Worcester did a replacement for my old one. Having looked through the website Dean was listed as a registered installer along with others so I asked them to come round and give me a quote.
Dean was by far the most informative of what I needed and the reasons why, as my old boiler was 15 years old. After receiving the quotes, Dean was not the cheapest but I felt he would give me a good job after his initial discussions. So Dean Willet and Sons got the job and fitted the boiler, very clean, nothing too much trouble and did what I can only say

I phoned Dean on Wednesday requesting a quote for a new boiler as mine had broken down completely. Dean came, assessed the existing boiler and pipework, asked some questions about how the heating and hot water systems are used and then explained the different boiler options available.
I took his advice to upgrade to a higher output boiler given the size of the house and on Friday morning I received a fixed price quote detailing all the work to be done, type of boiler to be installed etc. I replied immediately, asking Dean to go ahead with the installation of the new boiler.
