Services
The Grosvenor team, comprises; Martin Blake, Director and an excellent team of sub contractors. Martin a farmer's son, developed a keen love of the outdoors and all things soil, plant and tree related. An agricultural background develops an aptitude for machinery operation and a diverse range of skills tailored to control of and understanding of local environment.
Grosvenor began life as an amalgamation between two landscaping companies, the directors and the teams of which brought complimentary skills to the mix. The net result of this mix of skills, combined with our years of experience means that we have not been asked for a Landscaping task yet that we were not able to fulfil.
We have the machines, equipment and technical knowhow to tackle virtually every landscaping issue. We would consider ourselves specialists in dealing with sloping terrain, having built retaining walls in various media and having graded thousands of tonnes of soil to produce terraces, sloping paths, banks, sunken features and ha ha's.
The options are to use imported hardwood for its durability and colour or composites (resin and wood fibre mixed) for durability and even simple treated softwood but using large plank sizes. This can give a more solid appearance to a deck and allow more dramatic curves to be formed as the large section timber permits greater overhang from the sub-frame.
