Once the broad outline of the project is identified, a rough and very approximate cost can be provided but only a detailed and agreed plan can lead to a firm estimate; clearly any unexpected issues or changes in specification would require a discussion with you on the scheduling and cost implications.

Ali is a thorough and conscientious builder. He did a fantastic job of our extension and house renovation, always checking in on details that we wouldn't be aware of to ensure we were happy with the final result. We've not had a problem with any of the work he has done, which cannot be said of some other parts of the build done by other trades. Highly recommend.
