Where do I begin. The sales pitch is amazing and they look like a real professional outfit at quotation stage, but once the work began it was clear they were hugely unprofessional, careless and awkward to deal with. After replacing all gutters and facia, most are leaking and one corner has come off entirely! Called and texted multiple times with no-one ever showing up to fix - 10 Year Warranty... I can only laugh and cry into my wallet. Avoid.

Stay clear of this company did a terrible job on my property. The first day they did not complete the job, no roof guard, no gutter guard or bird stoppers installed as sold - tried to get away with it until I inspected their work! No safety equipment used while working, stood on our conservatory roof instead of using scaffolding and one of the fitters cut his hand badly. Broke a load of our roof tiles walking around carelessly on the roof. When I complained numerous times they eventually came back 6 weeks later to finish the job. Now 4 weeks later the gutters are leaking and they've shown no interest
