Good response to my fault reported to Wigan Council. BHE engineer who was very polite and courtious visited same day and diagnosed fault and gave me instructions in case heating went off again. Same engineer returned today with new part and completed fault. Must commend BHE and the engineer for prompt response and service as a Oap with health problems. Many thanks KL

I took out BHE's boiler cover a few months ago. Within days the engineer came out to service my boiler. He was incredibly knowledgeable and he was very efficient and conscientious, (putting his shoe covers on before stepping out of the cellar into the hallway etc). Dealing with the office staff in relation a query was pleasant and efficient too so all in all a really positive experience!

BHE have serviced my boiler and gas fire every year for three years. On their first visit the engineer quickly identified a leak in the basement and the team worked hard to find a fix, with supervisors on hand to make sure the issue was dealt with and the house was safe. I've continued to use BHE since for servicing and some plumbing work, and won't hesitate to recommend them to others! Great service and good value.

Very happy to recommend BHE. I have used BHE for gas boiler servicing and safety checks in my rental property several times. They have just replaced a failed boiler. I requested a visit on the Sunday and the new boiler was installed the following Wednesday. BHE are responsive, efficient and provide good value for money. Thanks and keep up the good work!

I first came across BHE through Lindsay, their Development Bee. She was so enthusiastic about the business, that when it came time for me to relocate my boiler, they were my first call. They were incredibly professional to deal with and couldn't do enough to help accommodate my desire to fit the boiler in the most inconvenient place possible! Would highly recommend this local family run business!
