Terrible experience with this company. Having trusted this local company and paid for some materials up front my trust was betrayed as they barely did any more work. I then faced over 2 years of trying to get some of my money back to no avail - trading standards & police were involved but all led to nothing. Look at all the positive reviews on here and you'll see that they are nearly all from people involved in this company or family members. Avoid like the plague.

Scott and his team helped me get my house ready to be sold, we had loads of number 3s on our home report, Scott come in and gave us full detailed cost to enable us to get the 3s down to 1s. We gave him the go ahead, he completed in 4 weeks and home report was re assessed with the work being completed showing on the home report. We put the house on the market at an increased price to cover the works cost. Our house sold in 6 days being on the market. I was in the process of buying a flat that needed a lot of work. Before I bought it, I contacted Cost2Build to price the renovation work. One of the team visited the flat with me and gave me a detailed quote which I was happy with, then talked me through the whole process before I booked. I went on holiday, they picked up the keys from the estate agent, and when I got back the work was done and the flat was immaculate. I didn't have to lift a finger.
