S&M are a great local company run by friendly knowledgeable staff. prices are reasonable and there is a massive stock, all on display. Worst customer service ever. I bought several light grey patio slabs from s&m, i decided I would like the patio area larger than i originally thought. I therefore ordered and paid for further slabs which i was told were in stock and available for collection. On arrival, the slabs the slabs were yellow and not the original light grey i ordered. I was told that these were the correct colour and that the original slabs i had ordered were natural, and the ones i was there to collect were natural! I further stated that they were definitely not the right colour and that i did not want a patio made up
