Terrible communication from the start. I finally got my windows fitted in October last year after taking several months and being messed around. It was stated that I would receive a FENSA certificate and 10 year guarantee. GLS emailed to ask for my details to send the paperwork, but they never registered my windows with FENSA and I still haven't received the certificate. They have not replied to any of my emails, so I have had to resort to reporting them the FENSA and may have to take further action.

Would not recommend if you actually want your windows fitted!! We ordered ours last October 2017 - heard nothing. In January we chased them and they said they were waiting for our frames to come in ( as we wanted brown not white). We are now in August and have still heard nothing. We haven't chased as wasn't in any hurry but after 10 months - this is taking the mickey! If there was a problem - a simple phone call would have been courteous. No idea about the quality of their windows but the service is non existant!

GLS helped us out of a dreadful situation when a double glazing firm in Oadby went out of business taking our money with them. They quoted us to finish our conservatory with compassion in their hearts. They were superb, finished the project with the minimal amount of fuss and disruption and built us a fabulous place to sit in to view our garden. We would highly recommend GLS Windows as they are very professional and hardworking boys. They are extremely neat and tidy workers too.
