Had 2 guys come out for an inspection last year, big mistake! Between what was said and done, seems like it was a lot of who shot John! Was quite suspect as they conduct was highly unprofessionally, felt like a scene out of a Carry on Movie. As it goes, their findings were completely false as we had a leading expert in this field carry out an independent inspection to confirm against this. Not only were we lied to, but it cost us £100 in the process. I'm all for great service, however, when being lied to for your own financially gain, this at its core is outrageous!
