Jim helped me out on a Sunday evening when I had stupidly put a nail through a pipe. He was with me in 45 minutes and fixed the problem at an extremely great price considering the Sunday evening. We spotted another issue in the house and it was no trouble to fix it on the spot there and then. He was so friendly and honest I have just had him today fit a new boiler for me. Again he and his helper were on time, a great price, clean and tidy work with plenty of explaination and help. Full of confidence in his work I will recommend them to anyone. Thanks so much..

We had a plumbing emergency at midnight on a bank holiday and struggled to get hold of anyone - the water company didn't want to know either.
After checking around, I found H2O. They answered the call within 2 rings and within 20 minutes, a plumber was at my door. Very fast turn around. He was quick to react to our leak and resolved the problem with a temporary fix until the parts we need arrive.
The price was very reasonable and they got us out of a tight spot! Thanks!
