The staff at Matlock Storage have been pleasant and very helpful from first contact to moving day. I needed to store some furniture and possessions for my son who is due home from Australia next year, after the sale of my house. Good communication throughout and trolleys available for heavy stuff on moving day.

I highly recommend this business. I used them for 3 months this summer and the staff were always helpful, kind and courteous.
I even forgot my padlock keys on moving out day and Tracy expertly welded the bolt cutters for me otherwise it would have been a very expensive round trip.
I'd use them again in an instant.

We have a unit here on a long term rental. The unit is dry and secure, there's plenty of parking. All staff are fantastic, really friendly, polite and professional and go out of their way to help in any way they can. There are trolleys available to use at no extra cost. They store any deliveries that arrive for us when we're not there which is really useful as it saves a lot of time we would otherwise have to spend sat there waiting for deliveries to arrive. It's really good value for money. Can't recommend it enough.

I live in Buxton and travel to Matlock due to the storage facility been excellent. There is nothing in my local area to the standard of Matlock storage. The storage is dry and secure, easy to park and load and unload and the price is competitive. The staff are friendly, helpful and approachable. I would never hesitate to recommend. Very happy with my choice.
