Fast forward to 2021, having just celebrated our 15th year in operation, we are pleased to be able to look back & witness the vast changes that have occured over the years. In this time, we have gradually gathered a great team of Thermal Insulation Engineers with much experience to offer. We have extended our network to now cover all of the UK & Republic of Ireland (incl Isle of Man).
Our ever-growing team of insulators have gained many years experience from working within the insulation industry in UK & abroad, some of those countries being Ireland, Australia, South Africa, Denmark, Norway & Poland. Our insulators are confident installers of hot & cold insulation products. Permanently based at our workshop in Croughton are the Fabrication & Maintenance staff.

We understand how vital it is to adhere to Health & Safety legislation, especially in this day & age. To ensure we are always at the top of our game, we have teamed up with Wallett HSE Services Ltd who are our Health & Safety Experts. Wallett HSE Services Ltd keep us up to date with all the new legislation that affects our industry & the industries we work with & they ensure our current operations meet the existing H&S requirements.
Here at TPM Insulation & TPM Contracting, we are always on the look out for skilled staff to fill a variety of roles within our organisation to cover all of the UK. We are also seeking semi-skilled/un-skilled individuals who are willing to learn & progress with our business. We offer on-the-job training in all roles & we also offer Apprenticeships in Sheet Metal Fabrication, Engineering & Thermal Insulation.
