All our cavity wall installation teams are registered with the BBA (British Board of Agrment) and we are active members of the relevant trade associations and provide the appropriate guarantees.
Defective insulation material (such as Urea-formaldehyde) can break-down and release toxic gasses. Early foam insulation had this risk and was not covered by the same stringent BBA certification licences as modern insulation materials. The cavity insulation gets wet, which breaks down the properties of the insulation.
This can be overcome by the application of a water-repellent cream to your brickwork. Titan Insulation use a deeply penetrating water-repellent cream for the protection of masonry. It prevents rain penetration into masonry materials by lining their pores rather than blocking them. This allows the masonry to continue to breathe naturally.

We booked titan to come and survey our house for loft insulation. They were polite, on time, and knowledgable about how our home was built and also how best we could save energy. In the end we opted for loft and cavity wall insulation which they put in for us with ease. They were clean and tidy and it has definately made a difference this winter. Titan provided a good service from start to finish we were very happy.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH THIS COMPANY. AVOID.
We arranged to have a home inspection and quotation for insulation from work. I stayed home from work especially for the appointment and they never showed up. After calling, the guy who's name was "Justin" said he had just forgotten as something came up. Never bothered to call to let me know he wasn't coming, didn't seem to care. Completely unacceptable.
