We have a variety of skilled tradesmen within our team who have many years' experience, including oak specialists, complex lead workers, bricklayers, carpenters and many more. All of the trades are employed by DPT Ltd. We cover a large scope of works including not only domestic properties, but also commer-cial properties such as banks and schools.
We chose DPT Ltd to build our new house because the quote was detailed, comprehensive and competitive. Our project was the renovation of a barn dating back to the 19th century and we were keen to retain as many period features as possible. DPT Ltd came highly recommended by our architect as being specialists in property renovation.
A new build isn't just a box built in a small amount of time in our eyes. When you get the opportunity of building on a piece of land, we strive to add your personality to the build. You can do so much with a blank canvas and create the most minimalistic or the most dramatic look from the outside in.
One of the key points when adding an extension to your existing property is the seamless line between old and new. We have developed many different methods, conventional and otherwise to ensure that the extended part of your property looks and works like it's always been there. We have a vast portfolio of extensions that we have built over the years.
Strict timescales, shop fitting and conversions, we cover all the areas required for commercial works. All across the country, we can travel to wherever the work is required. Commercial work covers a wide range of sectors, ranging from local village shops, schools and colleges to cafes, banks and offices.

I've recently completed working with DPT on some of their marketing, and through this had to visit a number of their completed projects. The quality of the work I saw was outstanding, and definitely set a new bar in the world of construction and barn conversions especially. Great work from a friendly team that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
