The customer service from this company was excellent from start to finish. We were coming to the end of a rather large and painful extension /refurb and Vicky stood out as one of the most pleasant and helpful people I came across during the project. It was so refreshing. She helped me choose carpets for all our bedrooms, 2 sets of stairs, landing and study. Rob, Keith and Wayne also very helpful and professional. I would certainly recommend this company.

We had two bedrooms refloored with the Karndean Knight tile . Josh turned up as scheduled and was courteous , friendly and diligent. We are very happy with the finished product and would recommend Abbotsbury to anyone looking for flooring based on our experience. We will be back for when we need new carpets ! M

The best floor layers I’ve ever used. Twice they’ve laid immaculate Karndean floors for me.
As the quality of work was second to none, I got Abbotsbury to lay fresh carpet on my stairs and in my upstairs bedroom. The carpet was laid today and I’m blown away. Looks sensational and has changed the whole house. The price was competitive and the layers were super friendly and incredibly skilled. I would recommend Rob and Vicky and their team to anybody.
