Highly recommended. Mark responded immediately to my phone call and said he would ring me back within half an hour to get my details as he was working on another job. Within 15 minutes he rang to give me an upfront price for the callout and labour, and explained parts would be extra. 30 minutes later Mark arrived and completed the job. He explained exactly what had broken within the existing lock and showed me the difference between the existing lock and the superior quality replacement lock mechanism he was fitting. I would definitely recommend Mark and his Company, Secure Locksmiths.

Excellent service from Mark today, thank you! He responded to my call immediately, clarified the solution to my problem (needed a new door lock) and gave me a price. He arrived within an hour, was polite, professional and clearly knowledgeable, and worked swiftly and efficiently to replace the lock. He also gave me some excellent tips on security too. I cannot recommend his service highly enought. Great work!
