How strange all these “positive” reviews are popping up! I have information that employees have been asked to leave good reviews. This disappoints me as a company should not need reassurance if they are good. I’m concerned they treat fellow long standing ex employees like this. In a time like this consideration is needed as we are all struggling. This is not a professional way of handling things. Shame on this company for not supporting employees and ex employees at this tough time,I hear that as long as their pockets are lined they really have no conscience.

I have been with Octaga over 6 years and have been given the opportunity to progress within the company. Octaga are continuing to grow in the security industry recruiting and promoting within where possible. There are some really good manager in the company that look after the people on the ground creating a nice working environment.

What a great company Octaga Security Services is. I have worked for this company for 12 years and at no time had I regretted to work for the company during that period. The management is good and they always come to your rescue when you are faced with a problem. They pay you on time and are paid fully for the hours you have worked for with no hassles. Once again what an excellent company to work for.

I have worked for Octaga for 5 years now. When I started with Octaga I started as Operations Admin and wanted to progress to which I have and am now Contracts Manager. I have also recently finished my CIPD course for my personal growth which Octaga arranged for me. We have a great team at head office which makes it a nice place to work and have some great officers on the ground along with lovely clients which I have the pleasure of working with.

Ive worked for Octaga and I am very ashamed to say I’ve never been treated so disgusting.They lost a contract due to Covid-19 and then I was promised a job every Saturday and Sunday and then they revoked the position. I was then told I need to attend a course for a door license,I prewarned them on numerous occasions that I could not attend the course due to no transport and they continued to charge me for the course out of my wages! And then I was also charged for a first aid course which I was meant to undertake with the new contract but as they lost the position I was unable to but still charged

This is my second time of being employed by Octaga Security Services Ltd. When I left my previous employment, Octaga were the first company that I contacted as I had a very positive experience with them previously. High calibre of Security Staff, excellent communication with their staff, employment opportunities are plentiful as I have experienced myself by moving into a Management role within the last 6 months and continuing to flourish with them. I would highly recommend Octaga to any Security Officer looking for gainful employment with a rapidly expanding Security Company.

I have worked for Octaga for Nearly 12 years and it's by far one of the best companies I have ever worked for. I started off as an officer and the management team spotted potential in me and Octaga invested there time and training on me and I quickly progressed through the ranks and i am now a Contracts Manager overseeing some of their largest sites. All the staff on the ground need to be mentioned as without theam I wouldn't be where I am.

I have had the pleasure of working working alongside Octaga Security Services on a number of occasions for various events and at some VIP locations.
As always, the guards and support staff have been professional, first rate and able to deal with a variety challenging tasks as they've evolved.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them for most aspects of security.
