Looked high and low for a gardener with no luck, having never hired a tradesperson before I was reluctant but I needn’t had worried. John came round and gave a very good quote, we had lots of quotes but the way John spoke and talked me through the work that needed doing we went with his quote, he then came back within the week and talked through the job in depth, from quote to completion was 10 days. We were lucky as he has constant requests for work. He and his lads came from 8am and worked solidly even through the rain until around 15:30 for two days one being Saturday. They cleared a back

Replaced the rotten fencing.
Prepared the ground Planted a new tree line
Lined the ground with weed protection sheet and finished with 20mm gravel.
Always on time, carried out work as discussed, removed all waste and left the driveway spotless.
We are delighted with the work . We are also delighted that we made the choice to go with this company.

I found Proseal Property Maintenance very professional they did what they said they would do when they said they would do it and at the agreed cost. The were very professional and were happy to discuss options with us for the work we had carried out and also tided away all mess in which they created. John has done an absolutely amazing job. He has transformed our garden from a waste land that was totally unusable to an amazing modern garden. From start to finish John and his team have been polite and professional. Time-keeping was impeccable in terms of when they said they would arrive and how long the job would take. He guided us through what materials would look best in the garden and what would give us the most out of the space. John and his team were very professional. They got on with the job and were hardworking. The lads working for him were great. They removed debris, levelled garden, installed a stunning patio, new lawn and shed base which has totally transformed our garden. He also put in a double brick edging rather than a single and replaced our back fence as an extra. He answered any questions we had and tweaked things as we went along. John also offers a 5 year guarantee so if the patio sinks etc. he will come out to fix it. Would highly recommend.

Highly recommend John and his team. Communication was prompt and helpful in planning work and all team were extremely professional and friendly. Provided a maintenance free garden with new paving- all done quickly and efficiently. Also did great job on repairing roof and chimney. All work done at a very competitive price and good humour despite appalling weather!
