Founded in 1976, Xtraroom Conversions is one of the longest established loft conversion companies in the country. The founder of the company, John Hambleton, is still a director today along with his son Craig. A number of other family members also work for the company ensuring a very personal and caring service throughout the process of your loft conversion.
The dormer option is recommended for those who wish to create a greater percentage of walkable, usable floor area. Dormer windows are designed and constructed to suit the individual application to meet both client, and if necessary, planning requirements to harmonise with the existing property.

Very often loft staircases are a challenge to achieve, but with our Computer Aided Design and Consultec software, every effort can be made to help you achieve your ultimate goal.
