We were a bit nervous buying from ESB as we hadn't heard of them before, but our new sofa is AMAZING. When we asked for samples for fabrics before we ordered they sent them out quickly, and lots of them too! We placed our order and they followed up with a phone call the next day to run through everything which I thought was nice. Delivery was 8-12 weeks and it arrived within 10 weeks which we were really pleased with. At 8 weeks I started to get itchy feet and called their customer services and they told me approximate timescales which ended up being bang on! We got a text message before delivery

We have purchased Veneto III sofa bed in November. This is our second sofa bought from ESB furniture. The company offers a wide range of materials in all colours. Being able to choose a pet friendly fabric was also a bonus. The customer service was outstanding so I will highly recommend their products to anyone.

Absolutely over the moon with my new sofa, very nice delivery drivers. I ordered a U - shaped corner sofa, you can choose your own fabric and colour. I was informed it would be about 9 weeks for delivery, it came a week early. Very good quality and well made, was so easy to slot it all together, highly recommended.

I bought a corner sofa. It was delivered on time but the storage wood came broken which must have happened during transit. ESB furniture ordered a new one for me and delivered it in a short period of time. I was impressed by how proactive they were. The sofa quality is great and constantly get complimented by guests. I totally recommend this company. Great value for money and excellent customer service

Fantastic quality sofa and great customer service! The sofa arrived slightly late but it was expected due to current situation. The quality of the sofa is amazing especially for the price, very well made and solid. Can't be any happier with the purchase. Delivery guys are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Wish I could comment on the quality of the product but I have not yet received as I have been waiting 10 weeks on Saturday for the posata mini which has an estimated delivery of 2-5 weeks (ordered 20th June) I have rang twice and I can understand delays with the current climate but customer service wise the first phone call was answered with “the factory doesn’t communicate with us when the orders are ready” second was “you’ll just have to be patient” this was two weeks ago, all I ask is for an estimated delivery time, if I knew it was going to take so long I would of got something

Recently purchased corner sofa bed. You can choose different colour and fabric. Great quality! My has two storage space which is amazing! It's really simple and quick to order on website. Professional delivery and service from ESBFurniture. Received call to confirm details of my order, few weeks later received another call from driver, confirming day/time for delivery. I would definitely recommend!
