Brooks Building Contractors Ltd is a local family run firm of builders & contractors - serving Grimsby and the surrounding area. We have experience in working on a range of different projects. These include, large luxury homes, small/ large housing developments, commercial projects and supplying labour for many aspects of the construction industry.
With over 40 years experience we are well placed to manage a project from its infancy right through to completion. Brooks are currently renovating 4 barns to dwellings using traditional lime mortar, reclaimed bricks & clay hand made roof tiles to conservation standards with a further 8 new build dwellings mixing traditional barn style with a con.
Brooks are currently building a number of self build private houses for individual clients. Through architects or direct to the client. We can deliver a complete service from planning and cost analysis prior to land purchase through to handover al. We worked with client, architect & structural engineer to design & build a 14 metre indoor.
