DJM Joinery can produce precisely cut, drilled and routered components from MDF, MFC, MFMDF, Plywood, Solid Timber, Foamex, Dibond and Laminates. All forms of drawings and sketches can be used to program the CNC machine including CAD drawings in DWG and DXF files using the most common software programmes available.
DJM have a dedicated spray room with adjacent drying facility along with two additional spray booths offering wet paint, clear lacquer and coloured paint and lacquer finishes. We deliver high quality finishes across a range of materials including MDF, Veneered MDF, Plywood and Solid Timber products in both component form or as fully assembled units.
