Icynene spray foam insulation could help you save to as much as 50% on heating and cooling costs annually. It provides you with air sealing, avoiding heat loss and saving you money. Energy Ease Ltd are a family run business offering tailored energy management projects for customers in the domestic, commercial and public sectors.
One of our products called The Icynene Insulation System was developed in Canada over a quarter of a century ago. Icynene Loft Insulation & Icynene Cavity Wall Insulation was primarily designed for timber frame buildings in extreme weather conditions. Today Icynene is in 34 countries and a global leader in insulation.
On it's own Icynene Loft Insulation can cut heating bills by over 50% and will massively improve energy performance. It is also a cure for condensation problems as Icynene light density spray foam products provide a vapor permeable air barrier that can move with the building. Being vapor permeable, it allows moisture to diffuse through the insulation and dissipate from the building envelope.

Services
Many people are under the impression Spray Foam is bad for a property and quite rightly too. A good few years ago Direct Sales Companies started selling Polyurethane and similar Spray Foams as Home Improvement products. This caused all kinds of issues, for example condensation, fire issues, off gassing harmful emissions, unable to remove tiles, problems selling properties, the list goes on.
Icynene spray foam insulation is an insulation and air barrier material that seals walls, floors and ceiling cavities against air movement, including spaces around electrical outlets and light fixtures and where walls meet windows and doors. Icynene spray foam insulation can provide an effective air barrier insulation to minimize air infiltration through walls and ceilings, preventing drafts, cold spots and energy loss.

Energy Ease have completed two jobs for me - a complete wall and roof insulation for a barn conversion and an office over my garage.
Alan was excellent to deal with and provided all the documentation for Building Regulations and explaining everything about this new material.
The team doing the work were great - efficient, tidy and worked well alongside the builders.
Highly recommended.

Alan was fantastic and came to site to check it out before giving a quote - it’s not a typical build and we wanted it to be seen before we committed.
The team came and insulated the floor, roof and gable ends (it’s an A frame house), and were very clean and tidy. They did a great job and it’s very noticeable even without a heating system in that it’s great insulation and also pretty good soundproofing too, we live by the A road which runs through the village and it’s made a difference to how much we hear.
Can’t recommend Alan enough, professional and does what he says he’ll do.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Honest and open approach to what we needed. No hard sell was a definite bonus! On installation day the team took great pains to limit the inconvenience to us (two kids doing home schooling plus ourselves working from home). Quick, efficient and tidy (hardly any mess left after they had finished!). 100% recommend giving them a call.

I can highly recommend Alan at Energy Ease. I wish I had this done few years ago. Our house is now warm equally in all room and my heater is having a rest. We are also able to use the loft room during winter now. This product is incredible. Alan was so helpful all the way through nothing was too much trouble. Some other company wouldn’t even come for quotes because of the loft room but Alan found a solution around it.

Alan is very knowledgeable and personable. He keeps you in the loop at all times and keeps to dates and timeframes. Pricing is competitive, I was offered slightly cheaper by other companies who started off high and then dropped their price as soon as I said no to their original price. With Energy Ease it was the best rate straight away.
The guys that actually did the job where polite and worked clean in the main.
Was not an issue for me, but 2 things to watch for. 1 the guys left a couple of foam covered plastic boards they had used in the loft, I believe this was an oversight 2 they moved a
