Ledan more like Letdown ☹️
Ordered bifold doors through this company when we were recommended by someone. Placed the order, waited 8 weeks (the max lead time quoted). Called to see when the doors would be ready, only to be told that they hadn't been made yet and would be at least another 10 weeks 😳 I understand delays happen, but we had no communication of this and were just left waiting for something that wasnt coming!
Went elsewhere, ordered the same product and was delivered within 3 weeks of ordering...and was £700 cheaper!!!
Gave 2 stars instead of 1 as in the end they did apologise

The products (Rehau frames) that we have had built and fitted by Ledan Windows (part of Plastic Building Supplies) are of a very high standard, and I would recommend to other customers.
Due to a miscommunication internally within Ledan Windows, my initial customer service experience was a little rocky. However since then, they have bent over backwards to resolve my replacement window problems. Thank you to Andrew.
