The team are friendly, but the work I had done (work through insurance claim), noticed during and still days/months afterwards - the job had been to repair the ceiling in the bathroom and living areas, then paint white. I found water marks on the walls from the cement job, this was ok, it could be cleaned off - then found the repatching spray can, they used covered the tiles, sink, toilet seat and floor... which then had to be scrapped off gently with a sharp knife, some still exists, then the white paint splashes on the walls also paint on the walls from the brush. Brush marks on the light fittings

The most urgent thing we needed was to install the new kitchen that was ordered over eight months before, especially as the original builders had already removed some of our old units.
At that time, many installers were booked up for months. That was when we contacted Atkins Home Improvements.
They said they were also very busy, but would try to fit us in. Their quote was also very reasonable compared to the other estimates we had received.
They came when they said and did a high-quality job. Not just

We recently moved into a new house. We wanted to remove a wall between the kitchen and the dining room, and widen an archway between the dining room and the living room.
Luke (the project manager) and Marcus did a fantastic job in removing the wall, installing a new RSJ, moving a radiator, installing fireproofing and plasterboards, replacing coving, and making good.
Martin's joinery skills were particularly impressive with him replacing some tricky skirting boards, as well as installing four new doors downstairs.
All in all, a great job performed by a great team. We would gladly recommend Luke

Had two guys come round to do a quote for various works we need around the house. Needless to say it has now been over a month with no quote from them . No call back , no contact emailed all the details over that we want nothing no response. Called the online number to chase it up ,had to ask the person who answered the phone 3 times who I am speaking with as it was just "hello" . If this is how the director of the company answers a phone and by the unprofessional manner this call and the pre sales contact was handled lets me to believe that I dodged a bullet here. The search continues for a professional

Atkin Home Improvement's and in particular Luke (project manager) and Martin did a fantastic job converting our garage to extend our study and create an extra snug room for the family. After COVID we have become homeworkers and this extra space was needed. We found the guys to be very reliable and finished work to a high standard - they are both perfectionists which is something we really valued. Above all they were really good with listening to what we needed and suggested ways to help us achieve that. Thanks to the team

Zib and the team were great, responded well to original enquiries, always on time for appointments and quick to turn around quote and book us in. Good communication throughout. They managed the flooring replacement along side the repairs and decoration. Completed as planned and really nice job. Good friendly and helpful bunch and delivered as promised. Thanks team !

Zib was really responsive to our requests, taking the time to price up different options and providing what we felt was a fair quote (not the cheapest but by far not the most expensive). Scott was our on site manager and was ace, keeping us informed throughout. The team (Scott, Ches, Max, Simon, Jay) worked hard and after some unrelated boiler issues they took the time to resolve it. Work was to a good standard and we are very happy and would happily use Atkins again.

Zib came round and provided a quote, was happy with the price and agreed a start date for my kitchen. On the day, 2 fitters arrived but were not aware of the work they were meant to be doing and didn’t have the correct tools. After some discussion at home we decided not to go ahead as it wasn’t a great first impression. Some improvements to be made I think.
