We work hard to ensure total customer satisfaction and a very high level of finishing. Nigel worked in Bristol for three years gaining valuable experience with a team of master decorators quickly becoming a key member of their team. Nigel and his two sons Jordan and Elliott all work together on all contracts and carry out the majority of these within the domestic decorating field.
We are constantly working towards reducing our ecological impact as much as we can, through our choice of products and methods/ techniques we use. Constant advances in modern water-bourne coatings technology allow us to select much less harmful products for use on/in your home, without sacrificing durability or a high finish.
We offer a range of services for the exterior decoration of buildings, from masonry painting to restoration work. We are experienced in the use of a range of materials, and can work with you to decide on the most appropriate products for your home, depending on its construction, to provide a long lasting, durable finish.

I am very happy with the service provided, from my initial contact to the company to the last. Nigel was professional and prompt; Gemma, the decorator who did the work, was on time, efficient, polite, organised, and worked well. I am happy with the service I received, the walls and woodwork look lovely and bright and everything was nice and tidy when they left. I am happy to provide a five star review for a five star service.

Nigel and his team, Jemma and Elliott, painted the exterior of our house and all the windows. They are very polite, friendly and thorough when on site and we could not fault the standard of their work, which is first class. Nigel is clearly very busy however and sometimes this did result in a lack of communication on his part, otherwise it definitely would have been a 5 star review.

After redecorating our house,probably 4 times over 50 years, we finally decided that we're now too old. So,with trepidation, we looked for a professional. We needed the hall, stairs and landing done, including five doors glossed and two doors and dado rails varnished. As well as all the walls and ceilings. There were plenty to choose from, but we had knowledge of none! There were plenty of recommendations at Totnes RFC, but Nigel Jarvis of Stanton Decorators seemed most highly recommended. He helped us choose and source the paint etc., quoted us within a couple of weeks

Amazing results!
Nigel recently came to wallpaper and paint our bedroom, landing and staircase. We absolutely love the result! He is neat, tidy and professional at all times. With having just me and my daughter in the house we felt very comfortable with his presence- very polite and trustworthy!
We cannot thank him enough for the amazing work, we will definitely use him again. Highly recommended!

Nigel, Jordan and Elliott have recently completed the refurbishment of the windows and doors at our property. As Architects, we wanted to ensure that the historic doors were treated in the right way and repaired and painted to last. A number of other joiners / decorators had looked at the doors but not been able to suggest a solution. Nigel used his resin treatments to give our 150 year old doors a new lease of life. Nigel and his team were always polite, punctual and keen to let us know how the work was going. We would recommend him to anyone need good quality decorators or specialist joinery

We had Nigel and his boys complete an absolutely outstanding job on our new home. The work was absolutely first class and I couldn’t recommend Nigel enough. Fantastic finish on all work and moreover cleaned up as much as possible at the end of each day ensuring that, although we were having work completed, we weren’t living ‘on site’.
Thoroughly recommended for any decorating job wanting a high class finish. Superb, thank you boys.

Nigel, Jordan & Elliott have been a pleasure to have around. They have been thoughtful, considerate, flexible and have a can do attitude.
They've done a really good job, which is especially evident on our old lath & plaster walls which needed plenty of filling and sanding to get a good finish. They’ve also left our house clean & tidy after their day’s work.
They've also uncovered the spindles and newel posts on our stairs (which been hidden behind some thin plywood) and are in the process of repairing, sanding and painting them. The stairs look much better as a result.
