Lovely staff, friendly and helpful. The storage was just what we needed, clean with easy access. Would definitely recommend and use them again if needed.

Polite, friendly staff who can't do enough to help. Great modern facility with automated 24/7 customer access, round the clock public toilets, and every bit of equipment you need for moving your goods in or out. There's ample free parking available and the rural location means theres no unreasonable traffic to get through, nor unwelcome people wandering around the business park, maybe just a farmer walking there dog over the fields.
With the site set back from the road you wouldn't even know its there unless you went up the drive, which just adds to the already impressive security clearly on display

I have been using Astwood Storage for a number years now, and I have also had experience with dozens of storage providers in the Midlands and will simply say that I have not seen the level of customer service, quality of facilities, and ease of access, anywhere else. They are the best I have ever dealt with, (possibly the best in the business). The security is also top notch too, as I have met and spoken to the guards who will often come by on patrol when I am there late at night....AND as if they weren't amazing enough, they've recently installed a cold drinks machine in the loading bay! Fantastic service with excellent customer service. They helped us out very last min. Laura and Alex were brilliant. If you have too travel a bit more they are quality. They eased the pressure we were in and supported us through the whole day. Excellent service. Clean safe very professional. Life savers. Excellent rates too. Once again cant thank you both enough.
