PBM Contractors Ltd is a family run business and has been for the past 28 years since its formation in 1986. The business was formed by Barney McGarry and his sons Peter, Brian and Noel.

Presently, the company is owned and managed by Brian and Noel McGarry, working alongside Brian's sons Richard and Tim. Our employees are trained through the National Demolition Training Group, CSCS and CPCS to meet all NFDC/Legislative/CITB requirements for site operatives and plant operators. PBM strive to form good working relationships with all of our clients.

We have built up relationships with clients such as Aldi Stores Ltd, Aston Villa Football Club, Birmingham City Council, Balfour Beatty, KFC, Wates, KFC, Stepnell, Farrans, Seddon and many more. Demolition Report

With extensive demolition equipment, highly skilled CPCS (demolition category) operators and project managers, we can provide a comprehensive demolition and excavations service on all kinds of buildings and structures. Our excavators range from 5 to 40 Tonnes, enabling us to demolish a vast range of structures.

Preliminary Report

We act on the pre-construction phase of your project, overseeing and managing asbestos removal as well as demolition works. Asbestos Removal Report

We ensure all removal and disposal work is carried out to the highest health, safety and environmental standards. Surveys and licensable removal can be offered via a HSE licensed sub-contractor. All non-licensable materials can be removed by PBM operatives who have received formal removal and awareness training.

Soft Stripping & Internal Demolition Report

We regularly undertake work that encompasses the removal of fixtures and fittings, internal finishes, M&E services and non-load bearing elements of the structure. PBM's experienced operatives have also stripped and dismantled escalators and lifts, often safely segregated away from a live shopping mall.

I am a resident on Marshall Lake Road. Currently PBM Demolition are working on a site very close to a residential area. I would like to say how considerate the are of the neighbours. The site is very clean and tidy, there is also a small panel that you can view whats happening. The Workmen are also very pleasant.
