Only 4 stars cause in person they were coming across friendly, but on the phone I had to call them a couple of times and got different members of staff and I'm afraid they come across as if they couldn't be bothered and just didn't seem as helpful. But prices seem good from what I've had so far.

Frendly staff and good service. Store is lined out and only allows 2 customers in at a time. Staff keep you in line out the front the direct you to a parking space.

I've only started using Payless builders merchants over the last few weeks, spending a lot of money with them because firstly they are much cheaper than most of their competitors and secondly their customer service is excellent which is what I would expect as a customer but it's hard to find it anymore.
Highly recommend Payless, don't spend the inflated prices of the B&Qs of this world when you can it at fraction of the price in these places and get free delivery too.
