Highly unreliable and incompetent service. Do not use.
They said they would frame a stained glass picture in a glass frame, within a week. Every week they said it was ready, but it never was. Finally, after six weeks, I collected it, but realised they had not framed it straight. They promised to collect it that day, but never did. Phone calls were almost never answered. Money wasted.
I have now received a refund, but no apology-- instead I was told that it had been my intention to get a job done for free!

Called for a smashed double-glazed door and a blown double-glazed window. Called back and offered a survey, but gave fairly conservative turnaround time as it was last few business days before Christmas. Came promptly for survey, gave a great price, and then unexpectedly got the units in sooner than expected so came and fitted them much sooner than expected. Fantastic service start to finish.
