The site guys are great but the off site company are lacking in any type of customer service. Waited in for a 1300hrs installation, installers turned up at 1530hrs. A good day wasted. No communication from the office to us or apparently the site guys. I would have turned them away but the wife more forgiving than I am. Shame no-one from the office will answer the phone.

Installers UK came round to survey for cavity wall insulation. Luckily for us we already had sufficient insulation. Company were quick to follow up on enquiry and surveyor was helpful and professional despite no commercial benefit to them in the end. I can't vouch for the work but a positive impression made re customer service.
