Commissioned to undertake a large demolition and construction project that involved interfaces with multiple suppliers and contractors. Promised the earth but at the first sight of challenges the 'not my problem guv' attitude surfaced. We experienced a shocking attitude with complete disregard for customer service, poor workmanship, unprofessional and threatening behaviour, legal threats, dangerous work practices and unwilling to accept responsibility for obvious mistakes and errors.
Basically don't question the owner and pay what's he asks for and that is the only way they like to work. Question
