Excellent family business, Daren carrying on from his father with good , honest , value deals. Don't waste your time with the large chain stores who headline cheap carpet prices but you end up paying more for underlay, grippers and fitting. Also, John Hughes carpets only use their own fitters, handy should any issue arise.

Reasonable service on carpets however I do feel they were overpriced for "top quality wool carpets" which are showing lots of wear after only around a year of being laid.
We also bought some vinyl flooring for the bathroom which was fitted terribly the first time and took 2 more visits and a full refit to remedy. Definitely wouldn't recommend John Hughes and his "Wise buys".
