We had a leaking 3 way tap, which has been a right pain for months. We purchased a replacement and just needed a plumber for a quick job to fit it. I called 5 places (some on trust a trader) who still haven't even called back. When the wife put a job up on Facebook, Jamie at JEM answered, quoted and arranged a time within 15mins of the post going up. Jordan turned up same day, in the 2hrs timeframe quoted, and had wrapped up a professional job in an hour. This all despite the kids bugging him with questions! Will definately use JEM for future work.

I recently had a water leak in my kitchen which saturated the whole kitchen floor. I contacted several carpenters for quotes, most of which didn't bother to send me, so I was feeling very despondent. I then decided to look for a firm of contractors instead and found JEM. I spoke to Jamie who reassured me that they could do the job. I sent Jamie photos and then he and 3 of his colleagues came round to assess the floor. I had to wait for the insurers to sort out the claim and then gave the go-ahead to JEM. The sub-floor had to be replaced and Jordan did a brilliant job, the floor is now much more

Iv just had JEM Property Solutions out to assemble some flat pack furniture for me. I am very pleased with how its turned out. Greg even offered to help me move a unit which I wanted moving but couldn't manage on my own.
Greg left my apartment spotless and even took away the packaging. Will definitely use again.
