Edit - just had a small problem with my tub but a quick call to Nick in the office and he was out within one day and fixed it to ensure i was up and running again. Another example of the excellent service you get at Yorkshire Hot Tubs. Great work as usual!!

Purchased my first hot tub from Yorkshire hot tubs. Was worried as there wasn’t easy access to the garden and they had to bring it in over a wall. Didn’t need to worry though they completed the installation with ease - I am so happy with my purchase, the staff are great, so friendly and don’t mind me asking questions. So glad I choose this company, would definitely recommend them

I have just had my first ever Hot tub delivered after a long wait, due to the worlds problems this year, but it was well worth it. Firstly the staff at the shop have been brilliant keeping me up to date as to when the Tub will arrive, then i was given the offer to up grade to another Tub, as mine was going to be even longer, at NO EXTRA COST brilliant.
Secondly,the delivery and installation was swift and efficient Mark and Steve were very professional and gave me all the info i needed and answered any questions i asked.
I was given a full run through on how to operate the tub, twice in some cases

I ordered a Hydropool Hot Tub from Yorkshire hot tubs. Delivery estimate was a bit delayed due to the current demand and Covid situation. I was kept informed at all stages and they were open and honest about delivery dates from the start. We actually ended up getting our tub slightly early than expected which was great.

We've had well over five years of flawless service from the hot tub we purchased from these guys. My wife and I are now extending and renovating the hot tub area, and we needed some extra help. To make it quite clear, this is not a review of the products sold by this shop. It is however, a review in relation to advice given by a person answering the phone this week (11/09/2018) regarding a part I required to repair a HydroPool hot tub pump.
We own a HydroPool hot tub which we purchased in 2014 directly from HydroPool UK at the Ideal Home Exhibition in London. They are an excellent product and I would recommend them based on our experiences of the reliability and quality of the product. I have always maintained the tub, cleaning, water balance, changing water and filters as recommended
