Richard was great to respond to our enquiry and get started on the job. But he really pushes his own designs and made me feel like I was asking a favour for him to put in some of the things that I originally wanted. He also is not that clean (dust all over the house, muddy boots on our carpeted stairs and left grey grouting on our bathroom ceiling after the job was done.) He is passionate about his work though and gave us a good price for the work he did. I also liked that he gave us advice on how to maintain the quality of our bathroom for longer.
