Established in 1998 with help from the Princes Trust, Evolution Tree Works Ltd was once called "Treesmart" but merged with another tree company called "Top Fellers" to become Evolution Tree Works Ltd. We've gone from strength to strength ever since, having removed and reduced some of the biggest trees in Hertfordshire!

Thanks to the team that lowered and shaped a very messy area in front of ours and neighbours houses this morning. It was a mixed lot of trees, shrubs etc that was an absolute mess to begin with, now a lovely neat area allowing more light into all houses. Thanks team I’ll definitely recommend you. We had the guys out today and they did a fantastic job. Came the day before to quote and squeezed us in next day in between jobs. Today is an extremely hot day and they did the hard work without any exceptions. When they had finished, you would have not known that they had been. The area was left clear and tidy. They were both friendly and offered good advice going forward. I would most definitely recommend and would use them again!

Have just had the Evolution Tree Works team remove a hideous old fir tree which had grown far too large and was totally obscuring a gorgeous silver birch. A couple of years back they took out some similarly ugly leylandii for me.
I can't recommend them enough really. They gave me a really good price, came very promptly and removed an enormous… tree with little fuss, mess or noise. It was also done extraordinarily quickly. So if lockdown is making you think more than usual about your garden get in touch with them for some speedy cheerful help.

Excellent service. Fast, responsive, value for money. Came the same day to quote, agreed the price (which was very fair), team arrived promptly the next day to do the work. Extremely efficient, tidied up as they went and left no mess behind. I would 100% recommend them and will be using them again next year
