Guardian Property Maintenance is a Gloucestershire based property maintenance and building services business. Whilst we undertake a wide range of building service activities we have a particular specialism in plumbing and heating and are members of the prestigious Chartered Institute of Plumbing and Heating Engineering.
As you might gather from this, bathrooms and kitchens feature greatly in our portfolio and we do a substantial amount of our business in this area. We work with domestic as well as commercial clients and can often bring insights gained in one area into the other. A number of housing associations are amongst our regular clients and this work is very much general property maintenance as the demands are many and varied.
One particular area we are proud to say we work in is sheltered accommodation. This is an area that requires a high degree of sensitivity and patience - a challenge that our team consistently rises to. The business was established in 1991 and so is in its 20th year.
