We have used Vin from Legah Architecture for our Loft conversion planning approval after being let down by our Architect. He submitted the retrospective planning application for us and got us approval without putting us under any stress.

Vin provided great advice on what was possible with our home renovations. He was always available when needed and produced fantastic drawings, even the builder commented on how well drawn the design was! Wouldn't use any other architect if we ever need one again!
