I telephoned the company in the morning. An operative came round to assess the window that day as they had a cancellation. My kitchen window was fixed that day. I mentioned about another window needed fixing. That window was also fixed. Brilliant!

The engineer, Alvaro who popped by today was absolutely thorough in his work and explained to me the new functions of the window frame /hinges and how to adjust them (incl for the external window cleaning.

I have had my Windows fitted 3 weeks ago by Luke and cannot recommend him enough.
He is an exceptional worker who clearly shows his passion and enjoyment within his work.
Nothing seems to be a problem for him and even came back to replace some glasses that had imperfections in them.
Overall great company and great service by Luke.
