I just wanted to say how fantastic the two engineers (Chris & Jock) were that attended my home recently to carry out remedial work. They were very professional, polite, friendly, thorough and explained all the work that they were undertaking. I felt that they listened to me as a customer and gave good advice on future work that I had asked them about.

Following the work carried out on my property above, on the 31st. of March, I wanted to mention your Engineer George.
I found him to be very professional, friendly and thorough.
He worked hard to replace an awkwardly positioned consumer unit and remained cheerful throughout.
After he had completed the work, he comprehensively tested all functions, marked everything clearly and ensured I was familiar with the new unit.
He removed all residual packaging and redundant electrical apparatus and left with a cheery wave.
He is certainly an excellent ambassador for your Company

We asked Karl to quote for some work we needed in our house. Karl suggested a time, arrived on time and gave us the quote then and there. When we agreed the go ahead, Karl offered a choice of dates.
Karl's team arrived on time, checked the specifications with us, and then got to work. The team were polite, quiet and hardworking. They cleaned up after themselves, even did some filling where required and fitted in some additional work (which they quoted for and checked with us that it was okay to do so).

Harvey Electrical Services are top class. They have done a number of jobs for my, the most recent was the installation of security cameras at the front of our house.
The service was very efficient. The electrician arrived on time and was a very pleasant and friendly person who got on with the job and cleaned up after finishing the work.
The cost of the work was very reasonable and the equipment installed was of high quality.

Our Scout Hut has been going through a bit of a revamp recently and these guys have come in and completely rewired the Hut including down to replacing the fuse box.
We couldn't fault their service and their support throughout the whole process, especially during these difficult times.
They have done an amazing job and would recommend them to anyone.

Efficiency and service to be highly recommended.
Gavin arranged and, along with John, carried out needed repair to hot water heating system within 24 hours. He then arranged for a follow up visit by two more of the the team to ensure all was okay and then called again to ensure that all was working correctly. All is now up and running within 72 hours of our initial contact. We can only thank them for the service received
