Chimney repair - incomplete repair initially, took their time to complete the job, still had leak which could have lead to internal rafters damage, then said it was a different problem altogether and then did not get back with quote - cost £570. Got someone else to do the job - cost £750 - his comments - they had guessed at the original problem and got it wrong and what they did do was no good. I would give no stars at all but this does not appear to be possible

I sent PR a message about a roof leak I've got and got no response. I called the mobile number who advised I called the office. Left a message on the answering machine but no response. Left another message a few days later, no response. Called the mobile who took details and said the office would be in touch. No response. I appreciate they may be busy and my job is too insignificant but they didn't have the courtesy to say so. I will look elsewhere for some reliable help.

After being continually let down by a different roofing contractor we found Peterborough Roofing Co Ltd who not only saved us a lot of money but after hearing we’d had a leak they came to start the job the very next day. Friendly, punctual, informative and tidy.
