Hot Tub Medic is Kingdom Spas' service and installation partner, offering servicing and repair to most makes and models of Hot Tub or Swim Spa. We have access to a huge inventory of parts and accessories that may be required to ensure the smooth running of your Hot Tub. Our minimum labour/call-out is 102 to cover preparation and mileage expenses and the first half hour on site.

Through no fault of their own our hot tub was delayed but each step of the way We were informed. Our new 1 arrived yesterday. The crane was used safely + quickly then the 2 guys set 2 work in very cold conditions. They set it all up + explained everything. Just can't wait 2 use it. Thank u 2 every1 at Kingdom Spas 4 making my dream come true. Just brilliant❤❤

We have nothing but praise for the service and staff at Kingdom Spas. Jo was very helpful when it came to our selection and the rest of the staff kept us up to date with the progress of our order.
On the day of delivery everything went smoothly with a friendly installation team.
The product itself was of a very high quality and worth every penny spent on it.
In addition the aftersales service has been very good and I would recommend Kingdom Spas to anyone who is considering the purchase of a Hot Tub Spa, yes you can get cheaper but its worth paying the extra.

Excellent service all round. Friendly, honest and helpful staff and very easy installation. Always helpful when you have any queries or need assistance with maintenance of the hot tub. Water treatment talk was very useful to attend as well. All round excellent customer service has made our first time purchase very smooth and uncomplicated.

Kingdom Spas were really good at answering our questions during the entire process. After a site visit to make sure our tub would fit for delivery, the actual delivery was amazing. Hot Tub Medic made it all look so easy and with a sense of humour. So glad we took the time to find the right hot tub. We are very happy.
