We did three large projects with ABM over a 3-year period. We did a complete re-layout of the house and extended it.. We installed a large attic room and built a garage block with a flat above. We took the property from a drafty EPC rating of E to a very efficient B. ABM worked well and kept to the task at hand. The quality of the work was excellent and cost reasonable. The on-site workers were considerate and easy to work around. We selected ABM because we felt very comfortable with Clinton Gadd. We trusted his judgment and he personally helped with the design issues. We wouldn't hesitate to use

We couldn't be happier!
I went to AMB with an idea of what I wanted in a loft conversion (as I had wasted my time previously on other quotes where the contractors/builders would tell me what they would do, rather than listen to what I was asking for, they would tell me that what I wanted wasn't achievable) But Clinton and Brandon from ABM listened!
They designed and delivered not only what I'd asked for, but also what they had promised me, even when unexpected elements fell into the mix, everything was discussed and agreed throughout.
They managed the whole project for me, and were always available

Initially we were thinking about extending our kitchen into the dining room and having some nice doors to the garden. We met a kitchen person who said that was possible but we had a supporting wall. He would introduce us to a builder, an electrician and plasterer! We then met Clinton who gave us the vision to completely open up the back of the house with two walls coming down, bifold doors and a very trendy German kitchen. He would arrange the whole project. We love it and its transformed our house. Just need to do the rest!! Great job and thank you to Clinton and his team

We approached ABM to quote for our dining room extension, and found them easy to deal with and clear and concise with their quote, contract and schedule. Clinton was happy to explain things for us, as neither of us know much about the building trade and terminology. ABM had a regular team of people working on our project, which gave us piece of mind whilst we were at work and on holiday. We received regular status updates from the office, and Clinton was always willing to come to site when requested.
We wish we had contracted ABM to also do the design and planning, as they suggested improvements

I contacted ABM to get a quote for an extension and new kitchen. Clinton came to our house to discuss the project and explain the process of getting the complete job done by ABM from initial drawings through to completion. We found Clinton and his team to be extremely easy to deal with, courteous, reliable and tidy. We had the same team on our job everyday from start to finish which gave us peace of mind, there is nothing worse than builders not turning up on site.

I chose ABM to build my kitchen extension as I needed the whole project managed from start to finish, the team were fantastic. Extremely professional and carried out the work to a great standard and with a smile! Yes we had a few hiccups along the way, you wouldn’t expect a major project to run without some! These were managed well and I now have a beautiful kitchen diner !!
